Our expert trainers help you breathe, relax, and connect, supporting your physical and emotional well-being. Feel confident and strong as you prepare for parenthood.
Cancellation Policy
RELEASE FROM HARM AND LIABILITY WAIVER Entertainment Purposes Only I understand that any event, class, or activity provided by Birthing Well is for entertainment purposes only. This includes use of blood pressure cuffs, doppler monitoring, ultrasound demonstrations, and any other equipment or activities. I fully understand and agree that: No Medical Diagnosis: Any information, readings, or observations obtained are NOT diagnostic and are for entertainment purposes only. Seek Professional Medical Care: If I am concerned about any information I receive, I will seek medical attention from my qualified medical advisor or healthcare provider. Emergency Situations: If I experience any concerning symptoms during participation, I will immediately contact my medical provider, call 911, or alert staff at Birthing Well. Pregnancy-Related Disclaimers I understand that pregnancy involves inherent risks and complications can arise at any time. I am responsible for consulting with my healthcare provider before participating. I will not participate if my healthcare provider has advised against it. I will inform Birthing Well staff of any pregnancy-related conditions. Activities are not a substitute for prenatal care. I will immediately stop and seek medical attention if I experience: severe abdominal pain or cramping, vaginal bleeding or fluid leakage, severe headaches or vision changes, difficulty breathing or chest pain, severe nausea or vomiting, dizziness or fainting, reduced fetal movement, or any other concerning symptoms. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability I acknowledge that I am participating at my own choice and risk, exercising my own judgment, and assume full responsibility for any outcomes. I understand there are inherent risks in any physical activity or equipment use. I hereby release and hold harmless Birthing Well, its instructors, staff, affiliates, and facility owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation, any information received, any outcomes observed, any use of equipment, any injuries, damages, or losses, or any emergency medical treatment that may be required. This release extends to all heirs, executors, etc. CANCELLATION POLICY Participants must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service, applied to the payment method on file.
