Meeting & Event Parking: There is plenty of parking behind our building.

Code of Conduct: It brings us great joy to welcome many different organizations into our space. That said, we kindly ask all visitors be mindful of others working within the same space when it comes to the volume of conversations in shared spaces. We treat our visitors with respect, transparency, and hospitality, and hope for the same in return to our Birthing Well staff.

Room Set-up: Please allocate time to personalize the arrangement of the furniture in your meeting room to best suit your needs.

Beverages & Plasticware: We ask that you bring your own beverages (including coffee & water), cups, and other dishware. However, if you do plan to utilize our filtered water & ice dispensers, please allocate time within your setup schedule to access and set up this arrangement accordingly.

Outside Vendors: You are welcome to bring outside food and vendors into the space. All food must be prepared before coming into the space. It is only a prep kitchen with no ovens.

Post Meeting Clean-up: Birthing Well will provide cleaning wipes and trash bags for after your meeting. We kindly request that you assist us in maintaining cleanliness by tidying up any food and drink remnants, wiping down the tables, taking out the trash and removing your items by the end of your booked rental window.

All setup and cleanup must be completed within your allocated rental window. Please make sure you secure an appropriate rental time.

No open flames allowed, only battery operated candles. Please clarify questions before renting.

This suite can be set up as a meeting space for 5 people or used as a midwife consult room. The room contains a Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall, a couch, changing table, and private bath.
