Childbirth Class 3: Post Birth Care

Service Description

Feeling nervous about caring for a newborn? You're not alone — and that's exactly what this class is for. We will go through care needs for moms post birth and also newborn basics with dolls including diapering, burping, swaddling, newborn skin changes, care seat use, etc. We welcome husbands/ partners and doulas to attend with moms to support her during this fun class. Week 3 – Postpartum Planning & Newborn Care: Learn what recovery really looks like and get confident with newborn basics before baby arrives.
