Childbirth Class 2: Labor Lab

Service Description

Feeling nervous about birth? You're not alone — and that's exactly what this class is for. We welcome husbands/ partners and doulas to attend with moms to support her during this fun simulation. Week 2 – Labor Lab: Practice hands-on comfort techniques, breathing methods, and pain management strategies so you're ready for the real thing. We have doula tools. All you need to do is to bring a contraction timer on your phone and use your skills to manage the contractions during each stage of labor.
