Service Description
This appointment is for therapy sessions and intake with children to alleviate your child's overall body tension. Our gentle myofascial techniques promote relaxation and support your little one's overall well-being. Empower your family with compassionate care as you nurture your child's health, one soothing touch at a time. During the session, your child will experience soothing manual techniques designed to address tension in the muscles and fascia that are causing concerns including abdominal discomfort, eye issues, headaches, focus challenges, and digestive issues. The gentle work can also help improve discomfort and physical ability by releasing tension in the physical and oral structures. This whole-body approach recognizes that tension in one area can affect your child's overall comfort and function. The treatment supports your child's natural development while providing relief from the physical stresses of life. Sessions are conducted in a calm, warm environment with your child fully clothed. Parents are encouraged to stay close and participate in the nurturing process. During the treatment your child can play with toys, read books, or watch something on a device. We let the parent help guide us on how the child should be treated. We also understand that other siblings might be present during treatment. We can treat your child while they play in the halotherapy room or in a room that is more private and has less distractions. We let you choose. Session length can be determined by you: 30 minutes: average therapy length with no intake 60 minutes: allows in take session and therapy time. Treatment space can be a private room or the halotherapy room.
Cancellation Policy
RELEASE FROM HARM AND LIABILITY WAIVER Entertainment Purposes Only I understand that any event, class, or activity provided by Birthing Well is for entertainment purposes only. This includes use of blood pressure cuffs, doppler monitoring, ultrasound demonstrations, and any other equipment or activities. I fully understand and agree that: No Medical Diagnosis: Any information, readings, or observations obtained are NOT diagnostic and are for entertainment purposes only. Seek Professional Medical Care: If I am concerned about any information I receive, I will seek medical attention from my qualified medical advisor or healthcare provider. Emergency Situations: If I experience any concerning symptoms during participation, I will immediately contact my medical provider, call 911, or alert staff at Birthing Well. Pregnancy-Related Disclaimers I understand that pregnancy involves inherent risks and complications can arise at any time. I am responsible for consulting with my healthcare provider before participating. I will not participate if my healthcare provider has advised against it. I will inform Birthing Well staff of any pregnancy-related conditions. Activities are not a substitute for prenatal care. I will immediately stop and seek medical attention if I experience: severe abdominal pain or cramping, vaginal bleeding or fluid leakage, severe headaches or vision changes, difficulty breathing or chest pain, severe nausea or vomiting, dizziness or fainting, reduced fetal movement, or any other concerning symptoms. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability I acknowledge that I am participating at my own choice and risk, exercising my own judgment, and assume full responsibility for any outcomes. I understand there are inherent risks in any physical activity or equipment use. I hereby release and hold harmless Birthing Well, its instructors, staff, affiliates, and facility owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation, any information received, any outcomes observed, any use of equipment, any injuries, damages, or losses, or any emergency medical treatment that may be required. This release extends to all heirs, executors, etc. CANCELLATION POLICY Participants must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee, applied to the payment method on file.
