Birthing Well Celebrates Grand Opening with Free Community Event in Smyrna
Expectant and New Mothers Invited to Experience a New Kind of Pregnancy Wellness Sanctuary
SMYRNA, TN – April 11, 2025 — Birthing Well, a comprehensive pregnancy and postpartum wellness center, is proud to announce the Grand Opening of its Smyrna location on Saturday, April 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, welcoming expectant mothers, new parents, and families to come experience everything Birthing Well has to offer.
Located at 521 Stonecrest Parkway, Suite 204, Smyrna, TN 37167, Birthing Well is a sanctuary designed to nourish women through every stage of pregnancy and into the postpartum period. The center offers a wide range of services including prenatal and postpartum yoga, childbirth education classes, prenatal massage, CranioSacral therapy, doula training, lactation support, and a vibrant community event calendar.

Birthing Well serves women aged 21 to 50, offering both in-person classes and community events tailored to the unique needs of expectant and new mothers in the greater Nashville area.
